Age:

Minimum  18  years  and  maximum  26  years as  on 31/08/2016. 

Relaxation  in  age  by  5  years  for SC/ST  candidates and 3  years  for  OBC  candidates against  reserved  positions.  PWD  candidates  will  be  given age  relaxation  upto  10  years(upto 15  years for  PWD  belonging  to  SC/ST  and 13  years  for  PWD  belonging  to OBC for the posts reserved for them). Age relaxation applicable for Ex-Serviceman as per Govt. guidelines. Age relaxation shall be given to the candidates to the extent of period of experience as notified above

Concessions and Relaxations:

1.SC/ST/  PWD candidates appearing  for Written  Test and Skill/Proficiency/Physical  Test will be  reimbursed second-class  rail  /  bus  fare  from  the nearest  railway  station  of  the mailing address  as  mentioned  in  the Application  Form  to  the  place  of Written Test/Skill/Proficiency/Physical  Test and  back by  the  shortest  route subject to production of documentary evidence of rail tickets / bus tickets provided the distance is not less than 30 Kms.

2.SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Biography of Thomas Alva Edison

The life journey of Thomas Alva Edison:

99% of the people does not know about Thomas Alva Edison except as the inventor of Bulb. The greatness of Thomas Alva Edison is.. Each  and every facility that we are having today was invented by Thomas Alva Edison. To know what it is.. Let us start his life journey. 

  Thomas Alva Edison was the seventh son of Samuel Edison and they were very poor. He was very curious from his childhood. He wanted to know the process and working of everything. If someone gives us something to eat, we just want to eat it. But Thomas Alva Edison wanted to kow the process of making it. Edison preferred to questioning more than reading. One day the teacher of Edison took him to his house.. And said, your son is not ableto study. So do not send im to school from now. Mother of Edison told her as the answer, that.. You are not able to teach him and stopped sending him to the school. He did not join in any other school. Later his mother herself taught Edition to read and write. Edison wrote in his autobiography, "If there is a purpose of my life, it is nothing but my mother. I was created by mother.My mother had trusted me a lot and I decided not to fool her. So that I was before yua as Thomas Alva Edison.." This was written by him.

          As he was from poor family, he entered in to business at the age of 12. He ued to sell chocolates and newspapers in the train. He published he Grand trunk herald newspaper on his own.. and used to sell it in thae train at the age of 14 which is of single page. He used to publish all the gossips, business statistics, philosophy and politics. This was just one kind of activity. He went to the public library at the age of 16... He understood working of Telegraph signals only by reading books and invented Stock ticker machine. He went to many people to sell it, but no one had encouraged him. Finally he was succesful. One top most company bought that machine for 10,000 dollars those days. With that money, Edison has set up own laboratory. After that, Edison called his colleagues and told that..  Im going to invent a machine whch would record and play back our voice. Every one stared at him like he was mad. Then he invented Phonograph. Then it has turned into gramophone, tape recorder and now iPod. Thomas Alva Edison was the inventor of the music which we are enjoying today. With that, Edition gave another statement, which was.. He announced that he will do a small invention every month.. and Amajor invention for every 6 months.

  There were gas lights in those days. He thought to invent a bulb as an alternative and also at low cost. He lighted up all the lives. He invented the long lasting electric bulb. Even now we are living un the lighting of that bulb. Sun is the bulb created by God, but gives only for 12 hours. But the bulb invented by Edison will give the light for 24 hours. So who is great here? Edition gave another statement immediately after inventing the bulb. He said that he will also invent the DC, direct current.. the cheap electricity required to light up these bulbs at your home. It is said as the cheap electricity than that of the candles bought by the rich people, The poor people would use the electricity. It means, electricity is cheaper than candles. At that time he boiled water using the coal and produced the steam.. He produced the electicity by running the generators with that steam.
   
         Afetr that By using of the priciple of Placing all the photos taken in different positions on a strip.. By moving 24 photos in a second, those photos look like the moving objects. with this principle he invented Motion Picture Camera. Even now, we are using those cameras in making movies. And The barrel of our cars was invented by Thomas Alva Edison. And Fluoroscope used in X-ray was invented by Thomas Alva Edison. Many think that Edition has invented only Bulb. But in order to light a bulb, he made 360 new inventions. He invented conductors, switches, generators, sockets, resistors and so on..

          Edison has failed 10,000 times before inventing the first bulb. When a journalist asked him what was his feeling failed for 10,000 times... He said that you only know how to make a bulb and that too I myself said it to you. But Only I would know, 10,000 ways.. how the bulb cannot be made.

           Edition died of Diabetes. The night he died, people all over the world lit up the bulbs out of their house and focused them towards the sky. They thanked him that way.

What is the technique used by  DaVinci to make changes in smile of MonaLisa?

Scientists in Sundarlan University Organised a survey along with 100's of volunteers. When the painting of MonaLisa is viewed from a distance She seems to be happy and when from a direct angle her mouth seems to be little slanting towards down. DaVinci had used a technique called Sfumato. And in this techniques, definite outlines would not be there in paintings. Outlines are made by blending different colours, has been told. The technique called Sfumato, could not be used as perfectly as DaVinci did in any painting by anyone. MonaLisa smile is not unique.

 Few years beore MonaLisa's painting, in a painting called La Bella Principessa, DaVinci used this technique. When both the smiles have been compared. It has been undertood that this smile is a visual illusion. MonaLisa's smile changes from the view point of our look. If we focus on the eyes of MonaLisa. She looks smiling. Immediately if we see her lips that smile disappears. That is why this smile is called uncatchable smile. So MonaLisa's smile is nothing but Sfumato atechnique done perfectlyonly by DaVinci.

7. In 1951, a person threw a rock at this painting. that'y there is a patch on the elbow of MonaLisa.
8. Specially for MonaLisa painting Louvre Museum has spent 50 crores to establish one climate control room and there this painting is in a bullet proof glass.
9. In 1960, MonaLisa painting was estimated for a cost of 700 crores. that means , now it costs arond 5300 crores.

Actually, Da Vinci did not mention about who is that in this painting in any of his works of writing. Infact, he didnot even leave a small clue too. then who is MonaLisa? Model face in MonaLisa painting doesnot match with anyone during that time. Da Vinci's close friend, who wrote a letter, was found in 2005. That letter was written in 1503. It is written in that,Da Vinci is working on a painting of Francesco Del Giaconda. Giaconda's wife name is called Lisa Geraldine. In the remembrance of the occasion of his second son's birth and constructing his own house he asked Da Vinci to draw the apinting of his wife. During that time, the painting on which Da Vici was working on as MonaLisa. But we cannot tell that this pinting was of Lisa Geraldine. The twist in this is Historians have been telling that the facial features of Lisa Geraldine and MonaLisa are not same.

     In the year 2004, a scientist named Pascal Cottee Used the technology of spectra light with high intensity light and multi lens camera, he seperated the layers in the painting. Then a fact which would surprise the whole world came out.

   Da Vinci used paint with 40Micro meters of thicknes in this painting. That means half of the thickness of a humn hair. There are 3 layers of painting in that.There is another peron's painting under the painting of MonaLisa. But the girl in this painting and MonaLisa are completely different. Her expression and viewing angle are all different. More over her face has no smile. But her facial features have matched with that of Lisa Geraldine. Da Vinci did not have much satisfaction with Lisa Geraldine's face, He tried to modify the face for his satisfaction. So here it is... The model used to make MonaLisa painting is none other than "Lisa Geraldine".

Da Vinci was a master, who can hide codes and messages in art work. so, what is the coded mesage hidden in thi painting?

Why no one has observed the alien picture hidden in this painting since 500 years?

  Coming to the mystery,Left of the MonaLisa is the most interesting part. Why because,using Ultra High End Microscope Focusing on different shades on that.Some letters have been found. If those letters are chronologically formed "La risposta si trova qui" was the result. It means "The Answer Lies here in Italian". Many tried to decode it. But no one could get the answer.
