Hyderabad ,Eddumailaram Branch (code 20537) . However, Candidates
belonging to SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying application
fee. They must enclose proof of the same along with the online generated
application form. The application fee is non refundable.
Photographs: One recent passport size scanned photograph (not more than three months
old) to be uploaded in the space earmarked in the application format.
Signature & Thumb impression: Scanned signature and thumb impression in digital format is to be
uploaded in the space earmarked in the application format.

b. Copy of Educational Qualification documents (SSC Certificate).
c. Copy of Caste / Community Certificate (Applicable for SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer
candidates)
d. Copy of Disability certificate, if applicable.
e. Copy of Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen, if applicable.
Along with Online Registration Slip the above mentioned documents are to be attached and the
